SYSTEMS AND INTEGRATION

We provide technical analysts for space and weapon system performance assessment for design and testing purposes. Telemetry, scenario design, and safety analysis are performed for ICBM type and space missile test.

 

LOGISTICS

We support conditional based maintenance, maintenance training, and data collection training

 

 TEST AND EVALUATION

We participate in test planning, requirements definition, on site test evaluation, and quick look data analysis for test reporting.

 

VEHICLE DESIGN AND ANALYSIS

We provide missile systems and launch vehicle concept designs, defining requirements and functional performance, performing system synthesis and integration, and preparing development plans for major NASA and missile defense programs.

 

MODELING AND SIMULATION

We develop algorithms for models of interceptors and launchers, radars, command and control, and for space craft operations. Models are developed and utilized in system performance analysis, test planning, and post-test analysis processes.

Willbrook has performed high-level analysis for a multitude of DoD customers, including the Missile Defense Agency. Willbrook has experts in the field of test and analysis, radar analysis, trajectory analysis including failure turns and debris and risk analysis.

The video shown to the right shows real-time 3D visualization from a Willbrook developed tool which performs missile debris analysis for both intercept debris and failure termination systems debris. The tool is used to show radar field of view and intercept control volumes relative to assets in the area and trajectories for a scenario. The output from this tool has been used to generate blue water charts sent to congress in order to inform them of situations. 

The tool has built-in datasets, such as world population density databases used in calculation risk assessment contours from the debris generated. Additionally, the user can input their own datasets, as the tool handles most data formats used in the industry. Trajectories can be input as STK ephemeris files as well as standard LLA, ECI and ECEF file formats in either true 6DOF or 3DOF.  Geographic information is accepted in Google Earth format, ESRI ARC View format, as well as numerous others. 

Unlike most closed-source tools, this tool is extendable by the end user due to it's unique module system, which exposes the underlying system API to the user allowing them to develop and insert new tools and capabilities into the system.

Bonita Phillips is the President and CEO of Willbrook Solutions Inc.  She has over 20 years experience in business management, accounting and personnel management.  She has worked in the DOD, NASA, and Army Aviation contract services since the inception of Willbrook Solutions in 2006.

Ms. Phillips has fueled the rapid growth of Willbrook overseeing the company from a single employee and contract to 60 employees working over 10 contracts.  She leads the way for Willbrook to be elected one of the best places to work in Huntsville, Alabama in 2009 by setting high standards for employee benefits and team building across all of Willbrook.

Ms. Phillips concentrates her efforts in Marketing, expanding the customer base, and public relations while running and managing Willbrook’s accounting and human resource departments. Her 5 year goal is to double the size of Willbrook while maintaining superior employee benefits.

The NASA, Army Aviation, and MDA leads report directly to Ms. Phillips and provide the technical oversight of each business area. She has and stresses to all managers to maintain an open door policy with employees, mentor younger employees in their career paths, and maintain alignment of company goals with employee’s interest.

Matt Ramsey joined Willbrook in 2007 as the Business Area Lead for NASA. Mr. Ramsey provides executive corporate guidance and helps establish both strategic and tactical business targets. As NASA business development lead he is responsible for identification, capture, and execution of NASA programs and projects for Willbrook.

Mr. Ramsey has spent the last 20 years working in the Aerospace field primarily in the areas of detailed modeling and simulation and subsequent system analysis of complex systems and subsystems. He has supported customers at DIA/MSIC, THAAD, Ground Based Midcourse Defense, DARPA, Air Force, and NASA. Most recently Mr. Ramsey has provided vehicle system design and analysis subject matter expertise to NASA managers on the X-37, Ares I, Ares V, and SLS projects/programs. Mr. Ramsey has been awarded numerous personal and team NASA awards with the most prestigious being a Space Flight Awareness Honoree Award for support to the Ares I project.
Mr. Ramsey graduated from Mississippi State University with both a Bachelor (1992 – Cum Laude) and Master Degree (1993 – Summa Cum Laude) in Aerospace Engineering. He was also a member of the 1989 SEC championship baseball team.
Mr. Ramsey grew up in Hernando, MS. Matt and his wife, Becky, have four children and reside in Madison, AL. His hobbies are boating, golf, and following Mississippi State sports. Mr. Ramsey is very active in his community, serving as youth baseball and basketball
coach, Pack 83 Cubmaster and Den Leader, Asbury UMC Reign Forrest Board Member, and children’s Sunday school teacher. He is also an active member of NDIA, AIAA, and the Huntsville / Madison County Chamber of Commerce.

 

 

Mr. dennis-mims-199x300Dennis Mims joined Willbrook Solutions, Inc. in Oct 2008 as Business Area Lead for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Functional support to the GM Systems Engineering Analysis & Performance organization in GMD systems performance analysis using high-fidelity system simulations. Mr. Mims currently leads a team of analysts in the GME Simulation Laboratory (SimLab) which provide support to flight test pre-mission risk reduction analysis, post-flight reconstruction, BMDS digital performance assessment events, and technical performance measures (TPMs).
From 1985 to 2002, Mr. Mims provided support to the DIA/MSIC in foreign systems analysis, simulation, and exploitation; and from 2002 to 2008 support to the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Program in flight test and targets analysis, system simulations, requirements analysis, and long-range program planning. Mr. Mims served as a technical analyst, and then moved into management as the Systems Engineering Manager responsible of the Tests, Targets, and Threats team, and later as the Systems Engineering Spiral Evolution Senior Manager responsible for the long-range planning and requirements development and analysis for the GMD Program. While Spiral Evolution Manager, Mr. Mims also served as the European Capability Systems Engineering Manager.
Mr. Mims graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa in 1985 and a MS in Engineering from the University of Alabama-Huntsville in 1990. Mr. Mims also holds a Systems Engineering Certificate from the University of Alabama-Huntsville.
